You build and tune the low latency software that carries DRW's orders to markets, brings market data in and checks risk, and you manage engineers doing the same. The seat is a Senior Software Engineer in the Core Infrastructure team in London, which designs, develops and maintains the firm's low latency trading platform, deployed globally. Low latency means the delay between a market event and the firm's response is a tiny fraction of a second, so the code is written to waste nothing.

You work across the technical stack, including order routing, which sends each order to the right venue, market data, which brings prices in from exchanges, and risk systems, which stop a trade that would break a limit. The role comes with management responsibility.
