Equity capital markets runs share sales such as stock market listings and rights issues. Leveraged finance arranges debt for riskier borrowers, often to pay for a private equity buyout. The Sustainable Solutions Group advises on how sustainability affects financing. You state a preference and are placed in one of the four teams.
