Debt Capital Markets is the team at Bank of America that helps clients raise debt from investors. Its products include bonds, loans, capital products that help banks meet their regulatory capital rules, liability management, which reshapes debt a client already has, and currency and interest rate solutions. Its clients range from companies to governments and international agencies.
