You spend a year working as a full member of one sales and trading team at an investment bank, as the placement year of your degree.

Sales and trading at Morgan Stanley buys and sells shares, bonds and other investments for large clients. This 12-month placement starts in June in London. After training you join one team for the rest of the year, chosen from teams across equities and fixed income, from client coverage of hedge funds and electronic trading to risk management, structured products, stock lending and business management.
