What the job is
You spend six months inside a bond investment team, helping the portfolio managers who decide which government and company debt to hold.
This internship sits in the fixed income business of Morgan Stanley Investment Management, which invests clients' money in bonds. You may be placed with one of two teams. The Emerging Markets Debt team invests in the debt and currencies of developing economies, with a particular focus on Latin America and the Caribbean. The Broad Markets Fixed Income team runs portfolios across Multi-Sector, Investment Grade Credit and Sovereign strategies.
