You help listed companies understand who owns their shares and how to win over investors, analysing share registers and preparing the papers their boards use.

Global Investor Advisory is an advisory function within Rothschild & Co's Global Advisory business. It advises companies on the stock market side of their affairs. That means finding the investors most likely to buy their shares, learning how the market sees their story, sharpening that story, and advising boards on dealing with shareholders through takeovers, demergers, which split a company into separate businesses, capital returns and contested situations.

This is a long-term internship of 5 to 6 months in London, starting as soon as possible. The business is still being built out, and you help with that too.
