Horizon Women's Work Experience

You spend 3 days at Rothschild & Co in London in the summer after year 13, learning what advisory bankers do. Horizon is a work experience programme centred on Global Advisory, which advises companies on buying and selling businesses, raising debt and handling restructuring. It also introduces Equity Advisory, which helps companies sell shares.
