What the job is
You spend a summer helping bankers who advise companies and infrastructure funds on buying and selling businesses. You join the Global Investment Banking Department in London for twelve weeks. The team advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, which means one company buying another or two companies combining, and it works to win new clients, which bankers call origination.
