What the job is
You spend a summer with the bankers who look after the bank's relationships with large companies and financial institutions. You join the Coverage Department in London for twelve weeks. In a corporate and investment bank, coverage bankers are the client's main contact. They learn what each client needs, then bring in the bank's specialist teams when the client wants a loan, a bond or advice on a deal.
