What the job is
You spend a summer in an investment bank's real estate team, building valuation models and pitch materials for property companies and their investors. This is the 2027 Summer Analyst internship in Citi's Real Estate investment banking team in London. The team advises property companies, hotel groups and the investors who own them on mergers and acquisitions, and on raising money through shares, bonds and loans, often secured on buildings.
