What the job is
You build AI tools that change how people across a trading firm work, from researchers to engineers, risk and operations teams.
The seat is in the Applied AI team at G-Research, a small team that decides how the firm should use AI and then builds it. You own large projects end to end, and you also join other teams for a while to solve their problems, taking promising prototypes and making them safe and reliable enough for the whole firm to use.
