Credit

You look after a portfolio of large European companies that borrow from the bank, preparing the credit requests and reviews that decide what each can borrow. Credit here means the bank's lending. Before the bank lends a company more money, extends a loan or changes its terms, someone has to set out the case and weigh the risk, and that is this seat.

The team is called Global Credit. It supports Corporate Banking, the bankers who own each client relationship, by doing the credit work behind their loans, and it works with Group Risk Management, who approve the risk. The clients are Global Corporate clients, and your own portfolio is made up of European companies.
