What the job is
You work on mergers and acquisitions for banks, insurers and other financial companies, building the analysis behind advice on buying, selling or combining businesses. FIG, the Financial Institutions Group, is the team that covers these financial companies.
The seat sits in the FIG team within Strategic Advisory, PJT Partners' mergers and acquisitions business, in London. A senior analyst is still a junior banker, one step above a new analyst, and is expected to guide the newer analysts on the team.
