What the job is
You are an associate banker advising media and software companies on mergers, acquisitions and sales of parts of their business. The seat is in the TMT team of the Strategic Advisory group, focused on media and software.
Strategic advisory means giving advice on deals rather than lending money or trading. Teams are small, so the work also spans sectors and countries outside your main area when the firm needs it.
