You are an associate banker advising UK companies on mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, asset sales and restructurings. The seat is in the Strategic Advisory UK team in London.
A coverage team is organised around the clients in one country rather than one industry, so the deals vary widely. The group is small, which puts associates in direct contact with clients and senior bankers.
