What the job is
You spend one week at Macquarie over the Easter break learning what each part of a financial services group does. It is an insight programme, which means a short introduction to the firm rather than a working placement. Nobody expects you to know the job already. The point is to see the different kinds of work up close, so you can choose where to aim when you apply for a summer internship.
