Women in Trading

You spend one week in April 2027 inside a trading firm, shadowing its graduate traders and trying market making exercises, on an insight programme for women and non binary students. Maven Securities trades options and derivatives as a market maker, which means it quotes prices at which it will both buy and sell through the day and earns the difference. The week is the first step of its early careers pipeline, and you are assessed through it for a fast tracked place on its 2028 Summer Trading Internship.
