What the job is
You help businesses in financial trouble work out what has gone wrong and what to do next, while training as an accountant at EY in London. Financial Restructuring is the team that steps in when a company cannot pay its debts or is heading that way. The work ranges from quietly reshaping a business's finances so it can carry on, to running a formal insolvency, where the company's affairs are taken over and its assets sold or its debts renegotiated.
This is a graduate programme, so a permanent full-time job for people finishing university. You join an intake of new starters and, alongside the client work, you study for a globally recognised accountancy qualification.
