EY-Parthenon programmes

You join EY-Parthenon as a graduate, helping businesses and investors with deals, strategy and restructuring in one of its specialist teams. EY-Parthenon is the part of EY that works on major transactions, growth plans and business transformation. A transaction is a company being bought, sold or merged, and the client is usually the buyer, the seller or the investor behind them. You apply to one programme and spend your time in that team, combining analysis, technology and work with colleagues to produce advice the client acts on.

The programmes you can choose from are Analytics and AI, Decision Modelling, Financial Restructuring, Operations, Operational Research, Technology, Strategy and Valuation. The Strategy programme comes in two flavours, Public and Private, and Financial Services, so you also pick the kind of client you want to work with. Each is a different way into the same business of advising on deals and change.
