What the job is
As a summer analyst you help Blackstone buy, run, finance or manage funds of property across Europe, from warehouses and flats to offices and hotels.
You join one of four groups in Blackstone Real Estate. Real Estate Acquisitions buys property and property companies. Real Estate Asset Management runs them after purchase until they are sold. Real Estate Capital Markets arranges the borrowing behind each investment. Real Estate Core+ manages funds of steadier, already let property, Blackstone Property Partners Europe and Blackstone European Property Income Fund.
