You spend an internship digging through large sets of data to help a hedge fund's investors judge how companies and industries are really doing.

Investors who study individual companies want to know how sales or customers are moving before the company reports. A sector data analyst finds data that shows this, such as information about spending or activity, cleans it and tests what it says. The seat is in London.
