What the job is
You keep data flowing at a trading firm, building the monitoring, automation and pipelines that make sure data arrives on time and correct. The firm's researchers and trading systems depend on data from many outside vendors. This seat mixes software engineering with operations, the work of running live systems day to day. You build the tools that spot a problem before it turns into an incident, and when one happens anyway you lead the response.
