What the job is
You help raise money from large investors for DWS's property funds across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, and keep those investors informed once they have invested. The firm calls the seat a Real Estate Coverage Specialist. It sits in Alternatives Coverage, part of the DWS Client Coverage Division. Half the work supports sales, and half is investor relations, the ongoing contact with investors already in the funds.
