You lead the work that lets investors buy and sell a range of exchange traded funds smoothly and at fair prices. An ETF, or exchange traded fund, is a fund whose shares trade on a stock exchange like a company's shares. The range is called Xtrackers, run by DWS, and the seat is a senior one in the ETP Capital Markets team. You make sure the price people pay for each fund stays close to what it really owns, and you own the relationships with the dealers and exchanges that make that happen.
