You help advise UK listed companies on their shareholders, share sales and takeovers, as an associate in an investment bank's corporate broking team.

A corporate broker is a listed company's adviser on its share price and its investors. It tells the board what shareholders think, helps raise new money from them, and stands beside the company in a takeover. This associate seat is in the UK Corporate Broking team at Jefferies in London, working with mergers, equity capital markets and sector teams.
