You help sell new shares to investors as an associate on an equity syndicate desk, judging demand and price on deals such as stock market listings and block trades.

When a company sells shares, the syndicate desk decides how to market the deal, which investors to approach, and what price and size the market will take. This seat is in the Equity Capital Markets Syndicate team at Jefferies in London, working on share deals across Europe, the Middle East and Africa alongside senior syndicate staff, bankers, salespeople and investors.
