Global Markets & Investment Banking Women’s Immersion

You spend two weeks working on a desk in investment banking or global markets at Nomura, to see what the work is like early in your degree.

This is Nomura's Women's Immersion Programme, a short unpaid internship for students in their first year of university. You are placed with one team in either Investment Banking, which advises companies on deals and raising money, or Global Markets, which buys and sells financial products for clients. Both are front office, the parts of the bank that deal with clients and earn its revenue.
