You manage the paperwork, checks and approvals that let the bank's leveraged loan and high yield bond deals close, then look after those loans while the bank holds them.

The seat is in Deutsche Bank's Transaction Coordination Group (TCG), which works beside the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets bankers in EMEA. Those bankers arrange large loans and bonds for companies that already carry a lot of debt. You run the process behind each deal, from first approach through to closing, and then manage the part of the loan the bank keeps on its books. The corporate title is Analyst or Associate.
