What the job is
You are an associate banker advising European industrial companies on takeovers, sales, mergers and raising money. The seat is in the Global Industries Group, which covers capital goods, automotive, aerospace and defence, industrial services and industrial technology across Europe.
The team works in two ways. It comes up with deal ideas to win clients, and it carries out deals once hired, from acquisitions and joint ventures to leveraged buyouts, defences against hostile bids and sales of shares or bonds.
