What the job is
You advise energy companies on big deals as an associate in Morgan Stanley's Power & Utilities team in London, part of its Investment Banking Division. Power and utilities companies generate and supply electricity, gas and water, and many are now building renewable energy. You run parts of deals such as takeovers, sales, mergers and share listings for listed and private companies across Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
