What the job is
You help a specialist lender assess, arrange and monitor loans to property developers. The seat is in the Lending team, which handles each loan from first contact to final repayment.
Development finance lends money to build or convert property, released in stages as the work progresses and repaid when the property is sold or refinanced. The lender's risk depends on the builder, the costs and the market at the end.
