What the job is
You design structured credit products that let financial institutions invest in credit or protect themselves against it, and help sell and execute them. The seat is in the Global Markets Structuring team, focused on financial institution clients.
A structurer takes basic building blocks such as bonds, loans and derivatives and packages them into a product shaped to one client's goals, risks, accounting and regulatory limits. Clients here range from private banks to large institutions.
