You sell currency deals to mid-sized British companies that bank with NatWest, helping them buy and sell foreign money when they trade abroad. This is a sales seat in NatWest Markets, the part of the group that deals in financial markets. Its clients are companies served by the Commercial & Institutional business, the side of the bank that looks after businesses rather than individuals.

Mid-sized here means companies bigger than a small local business but smaller than the largest listed groups. Analyst is the rank in this sales team, but the seat is for people who already have some experience in the industry, not for new graduates.
