Restructuring

You advise struggling companies and their lenders on how to fix their finances before a formal insolvency, as a senior manager in Kroll's London restructuring team. The seat is a Senior Manager in the Restructuring practice in London, working with the London Advisory management team on non formal restructuring and advisory assignments across the United Kingdom. Non formal means the company is not yet in a court process such as administration. The work is to find out how bad things are, how long the cash will last and which options are open, and then to help the company, its lenders and its other stakeholders agree a way through.

It is a senior seat. You run assignments, report to Managing Directors, supervise the analysis done by the team, manage the client relationship and help win new work.
