You run insolvency and restructuring cases for companies in trouble and the people they owe money to, as a senior manager in Kroll's London restructuring team. The seat is a Senior Manager in the Restructuring practice in London, in the Restructuring UK function. The practice takes direct responsibility for organisations in distressed situations, which means it is often appointed to run the process itself rather than only to advise. The cases are high profile insolvency and restructuring assignments, many of them spanning more than one country, and many involve an investigation into what went wrong and where the assets went.

The clients are major banks, asset based lenders, private equity houses, accountants, solicitors, sponsors, lenders, creditors, companies and individuals. Asset based lenders lend against a company's stock, invoices or equipment rather than its overall creditworthiness.
