What the job is
You design, price and help sell derivatives, financial contracts whose value depends on a share, bond, rate or currency, as a graduate structurer in BNP Paribas's markets business in London. A structurer builds a tailored product when a client needs something an off-the-shelf one cannot do, for example a contract that protects a company against a rise in interest rates.
