Torch Partners is an M&A and private capital adviser to the software and technology sectors. M&A means mergers and acquisitions, advising a company on buying another, being bought or merging. Private capital means raising money for a company from investors rather than on a stock market. The London Summer Internship Scheme places you inside that team for a summer, and it is the firm's main route onto its Graduate Scheme.
