You join Shell's technology arm as a graduate and spend two 18-month rotations building and running the digital systems its energy business depends on.
Information & Digital Technology, called IDT inside Shell, is the organisation that builds and delivers digital solutions for Shell's businesses. It is one of several business streams you can apply to on the Shell Graduate Programme. You can list more than one stream, and if technology is where you want to be you put IDT as your first preference.
