Enterprise relationship management

You help look after Capital Group's relationships with its biggest clients, the large global financial institutions that buy and distribute its funds. The seat sits in the Enterprise Relationship Management team, known inside the firm as ERM. Its job is to treat each of a select set of huge client firms as one relationship across the whole of Capital Group, rather than as many separate contacts in many countries. You work alongside the ERM Relationship Manager in London on the global, European and Asian partners.

A senior analyst here is the person who does the preparation and the follow-through. The relationship manager runs the meetings. You make sure they walk in knowing everything that matters about the client, and that what was promised afterwards actually happens.
