What the job is
You run the automated programs that keep offering to buy and sell crypto assets on exchanges, and you answer for whether they make money.
This is market making. A market maker always quotes a price to buy and a slightly higher price to sell, earns the gap between them, called the spread, and manages the risk of whatever it ends up holding. The seat runs B2C2's quoting on centralised exchanges, the large crypto trading venues, from London.
