You help companies in renewable energy buy and sell businesses and raise money, and you run the day to day work on each deal. This is an associate seat at Augusta & Co, a specialist advisory firm inside the Mizuho Group that works only on renewable energy and the energy transition, the move from fossil fuels to cleaner power.

An associate is usually the rank above analyst. You guide the analysts who build the models and draft the documents, check their work, and deal directly with clients and with the other advisers on the deal. The firm advises rather than investing its own money, and is paid a fee when a deal completes.
