Private equity firms, called general partners, sometimes want to sell investments to new buyers without a normal sale, or raise extra money alongside their funds. The Capital Solutions team at Harris Williams in London advises them. It runs secondary deals such as continuation funds, finds co-investors, and raises junior debt or preferred equity.
