You spend a summer helping an investment firm keep its investors informed and raise new money for its property, infrastructure and credit funds.
Harrison Street Asset Management invests in alternative real estate, mid-market infrastructure and credit for institutional investors. Its European Investor Solutions Group in London looks after the pension funds and other investors in its funds. The team raises new money, reports to existing investors and prepares the materials that present the funds.
