You spend GSA's Women Insight Days in spring 2027 at its London office, seeing how mathematicians, engineers and computer scientists turn data into trading strategies.

This is an insight programme for women in the first year of a STEM degree, run over spring 2027. An insight programme is a short introduction to a firm rather than a job, and nobody expects you to know the work already. You tackle hands on challenges, receive one on one mentoring from the trading and technology teams, and get career advice from the recruitment team.
