What the job is
You write the software that the firm's business runs on, building systems in house that could not be bought ready made. Software development is part of many sides of the business at GSA Capital, and its teams build tools that no outside supplier sells. The seat is for a developer who may know nothing about finance yet, and who learns the problems of the business by solving them.
