What the job is
You spend a placement year helping economists and valuation experts answer money questions in legal disputes and regulation, from what a business is worth to who lost what.
The seat is a one-year placement in Economic & Financial Consulting at FTI Consulting in London, from September 2027 to August 2028. The practice gives expert advice on economics, finance, valuation and accounting, mostly in commercial disputes heard by courts and tribunals and in industries facing regulatory change. Its main areas are Valuation, Disputes and Arbitration, with specialist Data and Economics and Capital Market Services teams, and Economic Regulation.
