What the job is
You help manage a real estate investor's buildings across the UK and Europe, tracking how each performs and helping carry out the plan to raise its value. You are an Analyst in Heitman's asset management team in London. The portfolio is in alternative sectors such as student accommodation, residential, senior living and self-storage. Asset management is the work after a property is bought, turning the investment plan into higher income and a better sale price.
