What the job is
You spend five months helping a private equity firm arrange the borrowing behind the companies it buys and owns. When a private equity firm buys a company it usually pays partly with debt, and IK Partners' Capital Markets team designs that debt and finds the lenders. It also handles financing for companies IK already owns.
