What the job is
You help a Brookfield fund buy and run the physical infrastructure behind artificial intelligence, such as data centres, computing hardware and power lines. The seat sits in the Brookfield Artificial Intelligence Infrastructure Fund, known as BAIIF, which is Brookfield's first fund dedicated to the physical side of AI. Infrastructure investing means buying real assets that earn steady income over many years, and a data centre is a building full of computers that companies pay to use.
As an Associate you work on the deals, from the first model to the checks before purchase, and on the assets once owned. You may also support neighbouring strategies across Brookfield's infrastructure and transition platforms.
