What the job is
You study companies that borrow by selling bonds and judge whether they will pay the money back, so fund managers know which bonds to buy. A bond is a loan split into pieces that investors can buy and sell.
The seat sits in the Global Credit Research team and, within it, the Corporate Research EU team. You cover companies in healthcare, retail and gaming. Some are investment grade issuers, the steadier borrowers, and some are high yield issuers, riskier borrowers that pay more interest to make up for it.
